Your mission

We are looking for a top-class Data Analyst to become part of our Global Growth team. This role will help the team better understand opportunities to activate and engage users, as well as enable senior stakeholders to understand the impact of the campaigns and make some of the most important decisions to ensure the long-term success of Playtomic. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide internal stakeholders support on all data related queries, including verifying data quality, analyzing data, isolating and diagnosing problems and resolving issues.
  • Be a key part of the CRM team.
  • Own the source of truth when it comes to attribution.
  • Assist in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, dif. in dif. etc.).
  • Design, publish and maintain Looker dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate campaign optimization and stakeholder reporting.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis and translate insights into quantifiable business opportunities.
  • Analyze and interpret CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data into Braze for targeted and personalized messaging.


Our Ideal Player

  • 3+ years work experience in data analysis, engineering or other technical positions.
  • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or other disciplines with demonstrated technical exposure.
  • Strong analytical mindset to deliver effective & pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills - able to extract, manipulate, transform and analyze large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, visualization & storytelling with data skills to both scientific and business audiences.
  • Outstanding attention to detail - you are methodical and thorough in your analyses (problem statement, data discovery to result communication).
  • Strong understanding of incrementality testing across multiple platforms.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Nice to have:
    • A strong grasp of statistical concepts, especially those related to experiment design and analysis.
    • Good knowledge of BigQuery.
    • Certification in Braze or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Extra points if you’re located in Barcelona/Madrid and love racket sports!
