On one side, you will work with us on interesting recruiting mandates. With recruiting for them we’ll show HR departments step by step the benefits of a data-driven approach :) On the other hand, you’ll collaborate with us to implement solutions for our clients.


  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science / Data Science
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong programming skills (Python, R, or similar)
  • Scripting experience with Deluge is highly desired
  • Experience with data pre-processing, model selection, and optimization
  • Ideally, you’ve already worked on Human Resource use cases; alternatively Marketing use cases would be relevant.


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and transform prototypes into robust machine learning solutions
  • Working with sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and LLMs
  • Researching and implementing suitable machine learning algorithms and tools
  • Conducting data pre-processing
  • Optimizing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Collaborating with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into applications seamlessly
  • Customizing solutions to meet individual client needs
