Data Scientist – Python, Data, Products, AI, Machine Learning, Financial Services – Permanent – £100,000 - £115,000 base + bonus – London/Hybrid My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in London are looking for a Data Scientist to join their London office on a permanent basis.
Requirements
Your main responsibility within this role will be to leverage existing data to design and develop data products. In addition, you will be tasked to integrate AI capabilities into existing business infrastructure. You will use Python/R to write high-level code to process and transform data. Additionally, you will design and implement AI/Machine Learning models to enhance decision making. Prior stakeholder management is required as you will be interfacing with senior stakeholders gathering business requirements to translate them into actionable data strategies. Ideal Skillset:

- Previous experience working in large and complex Data Driven environment
- Minimum of3 yearsof hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Proven experience in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Similar Frameworks
- Previous Experience building Predictive Models (e.g., Research Pricing, recommendation systems)
- Strong background in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker
- Proven Experience working across Data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience
