Job description

The role will be part of Sales Transformation Office within Orbico Group structure. You will be working directly with stakeholders from majority of Orbico Markets (most of all Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Poland) as well as with those within Group structure.

Main objectives

Transform data findings into actionable insights, creating reports, and offering data-driven recommendations to improve sales and product teams' efficiency.

Regularly enhance sales reporting systems by implementing automation, refining reporting methods, and advancing data visualization.

Manage data processing tasks to guarantee seamless, accurate operations, including monitoring, issue resolution and performance reviews.

Key job duties

  • Transform complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights, supporting strategic and planning decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into specific data collection guidelines and criteria to enable new insights and analytical possibilities. Facilitate the implementation of these data collection requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that clearly communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for improving sales and product Teams productivity and business strategies.
  • Review existing sales reporting systems, tools, and templates to identify and implement improvements such as automation, enhanced reporting techniques, or more efficient data visualization methods.
  • Be part of Sales Data Team and work closely with sales, product and delivery teams to share insights and support data-informed decision-making processes.
  • Regularly monitor data processing activities to ensure they run as scheduled and without interruptions.
  • Proactively identify any processing errors or anomalies and take immediate action to resolve them.
  • Review performance reports to track the efficiency and accuracy of data processes.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders about the status, issues, and improvements in data processing activities.
  • Evaluate and facilitate training and skill improvement programs within Data Domain for sales departments across Markets.

Skills required

  • Proven track record of working as data analyst (experience in e-commerce/FMCG/B2B is a plus)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python) and understanding of database management systems.
  • Experience with Data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality standards and best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
  • Strong numerical confidence and ability to gather, analyze and interpret numbers into clear insights and recommendations
  • Great time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Excellent skills in managing and collaborating with teams to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
