Junior Regulatory Data Analyst (6-month contract) m/f/d

As a Junior Regulatory Data Analyst in the Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Center of Excellence in Argenteuil (Paris), your role is to insure the reliability and the accuracy of the Regulatory & Product Safety data of the perfumery ingredients used within Givaudan.

In the scope of Companies acquisition projects, you will participate to the regulatory data integration of the inbound companies in the Givaudan systems.

Reporting to the Regulatory Director, you will:

  • Collect, extract, cleanse the necessary data on fragrance ingredients to ensure regulatory and safety assessment towards regulations, internal and customers policies.
  • Insure the data updates in systems.
  • Build Indicators to monitor completion progress.
  • Keep close communication with the Integration team and to Project Manager to inform about progress and potential unexpected show-stoppers.

You?

  • Advanced degree in Science, Master or equivalent, preferably in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in product safety or regulatory affairs, ideally on raw materials assessment and data management.
  • Proficient in English and French, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of Excel and ideally SAP.
