Role Overview:
The purpose of this position is to provide complex research system data management/analysis reporting and coordination of data to support DT business operations. Working on a support team that handles escalations when a user doesn't get what they need or know who to contact regarding MyBuy platform.

Role Overview:
The purpose of this position is to provide complex research system data management/analysis reporting and coordination of data to support DT business operations. Day To Day Responsibilities
- Assists in collection, aggregation, and input of data.
- Responds to tickets requesting support by routing to appropriate escalation and/or resolving issues independently.
- Manipulates data in Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Helps users understand how to get invoices paid.
- Performs periodic data audits and change reports to ensure the quantity and quality of our data are top-notch.
- Assists by pulling reporting and analyzing anomalies or errors.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to think outside of the box.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles: Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
- Ability to perform as part of a small, focused team.
