ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and growing Data, Analytics & AI Practice at Nextview Consulting. This role focuses on predictive & generative analytics within and around the Salesforce ecosystem, utilizing tools like Einstein Discovery & EinsteinGPT Platform to drive business process automation and data-driven decision-making in Sales, Service and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data science, with a passion for advising clients, leading solution implementation, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Advise and Inspire Clients: Know and Create Business War Stories on how businesses can utilize Predictive & Generative AI capabilities to create Business Value. Guide the client on managing risks, considerations & implications in reaching those technological, organizational, and process improvements. Manage stakeholder expectations and trust.
• Solution Discovery & Implementation: Lead strategic, tactical and operational workshops and meetings to detail the context of the business use case and the solution. Leverage Design Thinking & CRISP-DM methodologies to create business hypotheses, setup proper research and data collection, understand, improve, and select a feature set as well as deploy the Models in (embedded in) Salesforce. Know when to use standard Salesforce, and when to deviate from it.
• Expertise Development: Mentor team members and colleagues, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and skills necessary for high-quality project delivery. Be(come) an AI evangelist within the organization. Support (pre-) Sales team to shape and propose new Business Opportunities.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks, estimate & plan realistically, offering insights into best practices and mitigation strategies.

ABOUT YOU

• minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science. Ideally knowledge of Data Science in CRM-related areas and even better if that is within the Salesforce ecosystem (CRMA & Einstein Discovery). Coding in Python is a nice-to-have, but we focus on standard Salesforce Declarative Programming.
• Proven track record of leading the implementation of predictive analytics solutions using tools like CRMA & Einstein Discovery. Ability to leverage knowledge to inspire and help our clients on their AI-roadmap.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering client and team relationships.
• Agile/Scrum certification or demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies. Ideally knowledge of using the CRISP-DM framework with Service Design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in strong Statistical field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Math/Engineering, PhD/Research or related field (preferred)
