About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join a nationwide NHS organisation on a 2-month contract. This is a Band 8B position within the NHS, and the successful candidate will be expected to work remotely.

Role Information

• 2 month contract
• Salary Equivalent 58,972 - 68,525
• Fully remote
• Possible once monthly travel to Birmingham
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the healthcare sector.
• Use data analysis to support and inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports and visualisations of data for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
