Tasks

As a Digital Analyst, I am a key player in delivering impact in digitizing the travel experience of Lufthansa Group clients. I am providing clear and crips insights for our Teams and steer them towards optimal solutions based on real data to develop the next era of digitally enhanced travelling.

  • I act as a point of contact for Customer Data Platform (CDP) related questions and help identifying and resolving solution gaps
  • I build and optimize targeted audiences in our CDP
  • I develop and maintain data collection architecture, reports, metrics and analyses for different teams and collaborate with them to identify improvements
  • I collect and analyze different kinds of data and seek patterns and trends to drive and optimize the future customer experience
  • I make my analysis results accessible by providing dashboards and reports based on business needs
  • I am troubleshooting upcoming errors and problems regarding data pipelines, databases and reports
  • I can discuss my findings constructively with different stakeholders
  • I work in an international environment with a diverse team

Requirements

Next to your educational and professional experience this position demands abilities to work in interdisciplinary teams with diverse stakeholders in a multinational context. Collaboration and communication is key and the position will require a considerable amount of duty travel within Europe.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Analyst (focus on the marketing tech stack)
  • Experience in employing a customer data platform (Adobe CDP, Tealium Audience Stream, Twilio Segment, mParticle)
  • Knowledge of front-end web and mobile technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SDKs)
  • Experience in digital data collection, Firesbase and tag management systems
  • Experience with AB testing, personalization, data activation is a plus
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), reporting tools (Tableau), cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), analytical tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Knowledge of script languages is a plus
  • Ambition to master and not being intimidated by unstructured data and large datasets
  • Very good command of English language
