Software Developer (Data Analytics)
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
Position Purpose:
We are looking for a software developer who will work on designing, developing, and maintaining applications using tools similar to Tableau, Apache Superset, ThoughtSpot, or PowerBI. Primary focus would be analytics and interactive application development based on business need.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications utilizing tools similar to Tableau, Apache Superset, ThoughtSpot, or PowerBI.
2. Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code in SQL and Python to implement data analytics and visualization solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Perform data integration, transformation, and manipulation tasks to prepare data for visualization and analysis.
5. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, visualization, and software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Looking For:
1. 2-4 years of experience in software development, preferably in the field of data analytics or visualization.
2. Proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory.
3. Experience with tools similar to Tableau, Apache Superset, ThoughtSpot, or PowerBI is highly desirable.
4. Familiarity with Spark and PySpark is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
