Job Description

HR Data Analyst - London

  • Conducting thorough data analysis, using statistical techniques to interpret data sets.
  • Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimise efficiency and data quality.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and presenting them in easy-to-understand formats.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data needs and issues.
  • Supporting the HR department in data-driven decision making.
  • Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other relevant policies.
  • Providing technical expertise on data storage structures and data cleansing.
  • Creating automated reporting systems for efficient data access.


The Successful Applicant

HR Data Analyst - London

A successful HR Data Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data management software and systems.
  • Experience with people data and rewards, compensation & benefits.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Data visualisation tools: Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
