So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:

As Trace Data Analyst you’ll provide both data analysis and data manipulation around all aspects of the tracing and crb operation for the company. You’ll Undertake data analysis around trace rep codes and data quality providing feedback and reporting around such to Trace management and other stakeholders.

The role is responsible for maintaining and managing all data imports and exports for the trace department developing relevant MI around data quality. Additionally, system and manual file interrogation in relation to data volume and data quality providing the relevant reporting requirements to stakeholders is a key function of this position.

Some of your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Using tools such as SAS, and SQL produce statistical analysis and reporting on trace asset and data quality performance

  • Produce analysis across all trace channels and strategies in order to drive efficiencies and effectiveness

  • Creating and distributing consistent and accurate internal reports for the management team including writing Macros in Excel

  • Maintaining of data quality and integrity by auditing of trace rep codes

  • Perform specific MI analysis of portfolio level performance

  • Production and presentation of MI reports for internal stakeholders in relation to trace and crb volumes

What we need from you?

  • Strong analytical capabilities is a must. Using SAS or SQL or any other analytics packages e.g. python, R.

  • Experience of translating business processes and data insights into simple views and language

  • Experience of trace processes and trace strategy is required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience working with large data sets

  • The ability to analyse and retain information effectively
