Junior Commercial Analyst / Data Scientist (f/m/d)

The Role

We’re looking for an organised and driven Junior Commercial Analyst / Data Scientist in Munich to support decision makers with data-driven solutions.

You will be part of a growing data team that has a significant impact on all our stakeholders and the growth of our business. Your work will bring to light invaluable business and user insights, using data to guide many stakeholders - from product managers to controllers and our senior management - in making the right data-driven decisions. In the role of Data Analyst (f/m/d) you will support our projects by analysing and preparing the required data. In accordance with our stakeholders, you will also be responsible for programming database-supported analysis tools as well as creating and maintaining independent reporting applications.

In addition, you’ll develop business intelligence solutions and write programs for the automation of data-driven processes. You’ll also support our stakeholders in the development of new solutions with your professional know-how and contribute significantly to the success of the project.

The Person

• Excellent communication skills in German and English level (oral and written)
• Ability to manage your own time and workload, prioritising tasks in a changeable environment and think on your feet to problem solve and find solutions
• Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand and analyse large amount of data
• Strong IT skills within Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) to
• Excellent knowledge of programming (especially SQL/VBA) and experience in evaluating relational databases (e.g. SQL). Confident working with MS Office programs. Good knowledge of PowerBI is a plus, but not a must.
• Degree in Business Administration, business mathematics, economics, business informatics or comparable professional experience
