Your profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business informatics or a comparable education
- In addition, you have long-term professional experience in the areas of data analysis, data architecture and data visualization; ideally in the context of finance and controlling
- Several professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Scientist or similar
- Experiences in current BI tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx, UI Path)
- Familiar in using MS Office applications
- Knowledge of (financial value flows
- Open-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team
- High degree of initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented work
Your responsibilities
- To evolve our controlling from number crunchers to data stewards?
- To shape the culture and create a truly digital analysis & reporting landscape?
- As Digitalization lead in Controlling & Finance/ Data Scientist Finance you are driving the transformation to a digital future. This includes the following tasks:
- Set the strategy for the digitalization of the New Energy Business financial controlling and reporting landscape
- Design and implementation of an end-to-end fully automated data & analytics platform solution (incl. ETL) for the analysis and reporting of complex financial data
- Take responsibility for setting up processes, infrastructure and analysis tools for systematic data evaluation and visualization
- Act as a key enabler for various individuals across Siemens Energy New Energy Business departments and functions for the creation of data & analytics solutions via training, guidance and platforms
- Continuous evaluation of existing BI solutions and creation of comprehensive BI landscape to enable guided analytics and self-service solutions
