About This Position:
This position is a lead machine learning engineer role. We are looking for someone with a machine learning background who can also build products (full stack). You will join a fast-growing startup and help build a product that people need and love.
You will solve difficult problems, build new ML models and products, and lead the tech team. We are looking for someone passionate about innovation and solving complex problems. Someone who wants to grow with the company and be a part of something big. Compensation includes salary and equities in the company.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Must have a Ph.D. in engineering or Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in our tech stack or similar languages: Clojure, React, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience working in a startup. (preferred)
- Experience working with real estate data and applications (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Develop Machine Learning models and AI real estate search algorithms.
- Back-test and monitor algorithm performance and analyze user feedback data.
- Build computer vision programs to extract data from property photos and satellite images.
- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable real estate search solutions.
- Ensure our application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design.
- Lead incoming front-end and back-end engineers as the team grows.
