Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities)

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses through various tools (Python and Power BI) with close attention to data accuracy and correct formatting
• Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to understand business processes and build data models that have integrity, and align with business needs
• Engage with stakeholders in gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, providing insights, executing rollout plans, and clearly articulating complex issues/ risks/ concepts to meet SLA.
• Highlight problem statements and draw attention to areas of improvement to business stakeholders
• Recommend action plans for improvement
• Applying various analytic techniques (regression, forecasting, etc.)
• Evolve metrics and support reporting automation and visualization across all departments

Mandatory Skills

• Practical application of Python reporting
• Reporting & Data Analysis

Desired Skills : Preferred exposure to Power BI, Power shell & Power Automate.

Education & Certifications : Any Graduation, Python certificate must. Advanced Excel users and Reporting and Analyst experience must.
