You’ll make a difference by:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions primarily using Python. Leverage your advanced Python skills to deliver high-quality code.
• SQL Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in SQL with a focus on the Snowflake platform. Develop complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Data Modeling: Design and implement effective data models that support the organization's data requirements and business objectives. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in the data models.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data, and present findings to the relevant teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical problems that may arise during the software development lifecycle.
• Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry best practices. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Agile Development: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. Deliver software increments in a timely manner.
• Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and DevOps, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Innovate with a focus on developing newer and better approaches using big data & machine learning solution.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed engineering college.
• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a similar role.
• Advanced programming skills in Python with a focus on building complex applications and integrating with various APIs.
• Expertise in SQL, DBT, specifically on the Snowflake platform, with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in designing efficient and scalable data models.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes would be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools, especially Tableau, to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports will be added advantage
