We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen the services for one of our key clients. The client is a market leading Financial Services organization operating worldwide.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen the services for one of our key clients. The client is a market leading Financial Services organization operating worldwide.
The Role
- Analyze and organize raw data.
- Evaluate business needs and objectives.
- Build reusable data pipelines to convert the raw data into data products using ETL / ELT tools.
- Build reusable cloud native data warehousing solutions using Snowflake /Azure / AWS
- Manage data, metadata and pipeline stability.
- Work with data analytics experts and SME to strive for greater functionality in our data system.
- Work with Stakeholders including Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data related technical issues and support their data engineering needs.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in writing complex SQL, Stored Procedures
- Working Experience on Snowflake Features Streams, Tasks, DAG, Data share, UDF, Time Travel etc.
- Working Experience on Snowpark will be a plus.
- Proficient with Snowflake architecture and warehouse implementation and management
- Working experience of cloud computing architecture
- Intermediate Level in Python Programming
- Git VCS hands-on
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow.
- Proficient in performing root cause analysis of existing models and proposing a solution.
- DevOps experience using Github / AzureDev ops will be a plus.
- Strong time management skills: efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Working Experience of DBT will be a plus.
