The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing product performance in the fleet. Provides support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with Engineering/Quality/CS teams and Information Technology.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing product performance in the fleet. Provides support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with Engineering/Quality/CS teams and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities And Outcomes
- Monitor, visualize, build dashboards to identify and proactively act on potential product issues in the fleet.
- Escalate product issues based on data
- Functions as a resource to departments and process improvement teams in the areas of quality data management and statistical graphing.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and quality improvement.
- Analyze data in excel and prepare presentation in powerpoint as needed.
- Work with cross functional teams to understand their needs and run query to support their analyses.
- Develop deep knowledge of the dataset and able to drill down and wide.
- Run SQL query on various databases upon request.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive product/process improvements.
- Creating reports regularly to senior management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and accurately.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel pivots and powerpoint
- Keen ability for pattern recognition and data modeling
- Able to run SQL query, Python, R
- Seasoned analytical skills, superior oral and written communication skills and an infectious can-do approach to work
