About The Role

The Data team at Qwick is seeking a Data Analyst who has a passion for telling stories with data. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting and creating dashboards for all areas of Qwick’s business operations. The analyses and visualizations you create will provide key insights that help drive the effectiveness of our business based on marketplace needs, key growth and demand metrics, product development, as well as provide support on other important initiatives.

• Building, maintaining and evolving organizational reporting using BI/Analytics tools
• Using statistical techniques and models to interpret data and deliver insights

Requirements And Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Computer Science disciplines, or equivalent working experience as a Data or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL (bonus points for PostgreSQL & Snowflake)
• Experience creating data visualizations using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc. (bonus points for Looker)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (bonus points for R and/or Python)
• Strong active listening skills paired with an ability to distill business needs/pain points from key stakeholders
• Proficiency with report writing and presenting findings to technical & non-technical audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to iteratively improve processes over time
• Problem solver and customer-centered
