Job Description
Here at 888 William Hill , in Leeds or London, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Analyst to help us ensure we meet our overall licence obligations and in particular achieve our strategic vision of ensuring that 'Nobody is harmed' by gambling. This role will work with a wide range of teams across the business to assist our Senior Executives by producing a clear deliverable road map for deep dive analytics and influence on Responsible Gambling algorithms.

Your role in the team
- Working with the safer gambling and compliance leadership team to gain a clear understanding and shaping of their strategic and tactical objectives.
- Understanding the synergies between analysis and our wider business to highlight key trends behind the numbers.
- Produce and present bespoke analysis for a varied audience of very senior stakeholders and enrich them via ingesting multiple new data sources
You will be working as part of the wider Business Units to gain a full understanding of the factors that impact our business and the operational practices and policies.
You'll be able to demonstrate the flexibility and focus to handle various projects at once, within both long and short time frames and use your capability and experience in analytics to on board and brief both senior stakeholders and colleagues alike.
What we'd love to see from you:
It's Essential That You Have Strong SQL Skills
You'll have the ability to produce and present actionable insights with clear recommendations to a very senior audience
Excellent planning, organisation and presentation skills
Be well versed in the latest analytical techniques
The experience or desire to develop and mentor a team member
Having Python/R/Power BI is desirable
