Your role will involve close collaboration with product and operational teams to gain a deep understanding of our provider strategy and operational requirements. Leveraging this expertise, you will partner with colleagues from product, engineering, data science, and IT to develop innovative analytics tools such as reports and dashboards. These tools will play a vital role in supporting our growth initiatives and operational priorities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Data Science, you will have a pivotal position in our dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product managers, clinical experts, and operational teams to gain a comprehensive grasp of provider strategy and operational focal points. This knowledge will then be utilized in collaboration with product, engineering, data science, and IT professionals to create new analytics tools (reports, dashboards, etc.) aligned with these priorities.
Develop and maintain user-friendly, insightful reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Looker, Salesforce, and Zendesk, ensuring accessibility to essential insights.
Engage in close partnership with the Provider Operations team to collect and analyze data, trends, and insights aimed at enhancing network management efficiency and service delivery effectiveness.
Offer analytical support to Provider Operations and Customer Success stakeholders for both spontaneous analyses and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Perform regular audits of provider data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Collaborate with Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to uphold and enhance existing data sharing workflows, design novel data-driven solutions, and prepare for upcoming product launches.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer within contexts such as healthcare, logistics, network management, or service delivery.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt for proficiently handling, transforming, and analyzing intricate datasets.
Profound familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Sisense) to generate meaningful dashboards and reports tailored to specific business needs.
Capability to work directly with data warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake, and proficiency in constructing data models using tools such as dbt and SQL.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling swift comprehension of complex issues, requirements gathering, translation into action plans, and execution in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with mental health professionals, stakeholders, and presenting data insights sensitively and informatively.
Ability to excel within a startup environment, displaying adaptability, proactiveness, and innovation in devising data-driven solutions within the mental health technology sector.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy considerations pertaining to mental health data is advantageous, along with familiarity with mental health-specific data sources like electronic health records (EHRs) and mental health billing and claims data.
This position offers a competitive salary within the range of $120,000 to $150,250, forming part of a comprehensive total rewards package encompassing stock options, benefits, and eligible incentive pay. Individual compensation may vary from this range, influenced by factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other pertinent business considerations. We conduct annual reviews of employee compensation programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
