Data Analyst (Youth Worker)

工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications
• Design and build data visualization reports and dashboards that can help users generate actionable insights and metrics
• Perform data mining, interpret data, analyze results, like trends and patterns
• Conduct testing, deployment, ongoing maintenance and application support to ensure smooth delivery of useful insights
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with data visualization and visual analytics experience
• Knowledge of blending structured and unstructured data for reporting and analytics in an enterprise environment

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Experience in using Tableau, Power BI or related analytics visualization tools would be an advantage
• Good command of Python or R
• Experience with handling large data sets is a big plus
• Hand-on knowledge in SQL or other data manipulation languages
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Be mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
