Were looking for a talented Senior ML Ops Engineer/ ML Ops Engineer to join our world-class engineering and data science team and become instrumental in the development and Implementation of our enterprise cloud platform. As a Sr.ML engineer Ops , you will collaborate with other Data scientists, designers, product managers to influence product direction and functional requirements, and deliver complex high performance, scalable software products and APIs. In this role as Sr / Machine Learning Ops , you will work from our Pune office.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining our machine learning systems that power the Aera platform
Build MLOps pipelines to support experimentation, continuous integration, deployment (CI/CD), verification, validation, and monitoring of ML models in production
Help build and implement software toolchain, processes, and templates for Data Science and ML team for development and deployment environments
Monitor resource usage and planning for increased capacity
You will be working on new and challenging Engineering Problems to operationalize Data Science
You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with other experts in Data Science, Engineering and DevOps teams

About You B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Strong programming skills with Python. C/C or Java is a plus with fluency in shell scripting.
Experience with using IaC tools such as Terraform and configuration automation tools such as Ansible
Experience developing systems on modern Linux environments.
You can use cloud services like networking, load-balancers, Virtual Machines and other cloud-native services to build and scale our platform.
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and container-orchestration systems like Kubernetes; experience with data workflow managers such as Airflow is a plus
Experience with stream processing technology Kafka, Spark, Samza, Flink, etc.3-8 years of experience in software engineering & architecture
Experience in Agile Methodology, CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT & JiraShould possess strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You take complete ownership of your work and are self-driven

Bonus Skills Experience with machine learning lifecycle platforms (MLFlow / Kubeflow / DKube, KServing)
Experience with machine learning framework Tensorflow or PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
At least 1 model development and deployment experience
