Junior Data Engineer

Junior Data Engineer to Data platform and Innovation team

You will be part of the central platform team to build best practice, sharing knowledge as well as delivering main components to the agile value streams teams. The responsibility of the team includes develop and maintain all CI/CD pipelines, setting up accesses, setting up and managing Git branch policies, provide best practise for setting up Azure resource instances.

The central team will also host demos across agile teams. Moreover, the team will also do exploratory work and make proof of concepts together with the agile team or together with different parts of business to explore new emerging techs or ways of working. Our stack is focused on Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Databricks. Python and SQL are the main languages.

What you have

• 1+ year of experience from a similar role.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience of cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery, Snowflake or similar

• You know SQL and Python, have experience with Spark, ETL, DevOps practices and CI/CD when it comes to data.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
• Passion for People & Technology
