We are looking for passionate Data Scientists to join our team and build a next generation creative analytics platform for Hogarth. As a leading marketing and advertising company, we create advertisements for multiple (1000+) clients across different regions, this creative platform helps business to better understand creative's performance and thereby driving decisions in optimising existing creatives as well as building new creatives. Effectively this includes - Studying the composition of a creative, understanding creative's performance, audience behaviour and discovering the elements that drive its performance. This ensures we create right advertisements for right audience at right time in the right platform for our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep-dive analysis on data from different business applications and drive strategic decisions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical structures and solve using statistical/ML techniques.
  • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques such as classification, clustering and time series forecasting techniques.
  • Capability to write code in Python/R and build ML packages.
  • Work with large and complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analytics problems, apply advanced ML methods wherever needed.
  • Implement data science pipelines using general programming language such as Python, Spark, Scala and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS.
  • Develop experiments, draw detailed conclusions, and create interactive dashboards to communicate results.

Skills required:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience applying Machine Learning, statistics, text mining, social media analysis, AI, deep learning etc.
  • Familiar working with databases like SQL, No SQL, Cosmos DB.
  • Expert level knowledge on programming languages like Python, R.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Hands-on experience in any one of the visualising tools like Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Qlikview.
  • Experience in building reliable and scalable data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of deployment, monitoring and managing machine learning models - should have deployed at least one ML model into production.
  • Prior experience building ML packages in Azure ML Studio.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good to have knowledge on REST APIs
  • Experience in Advertising industry, and Creative or Media agencies a big plus
