Candidates must be able to work on TEKsystems W-2. This position will require a minimum of one day per week onsite at the Dearborn, Michigan office. This is a long-term 12 months contract with a possibility of extension and/or conversion.

A large automotive client in metro Detroit is looking for an analyst to come in and help build out a roadmap for their vendor management list. They need someone who can help pull data, drive strategy, etc. for their vendor management process. This person will not be interacting with the vendors directly but will drive more of the tasks and help make it more of a self-service process.
The Main Responsibilities Include The Following
Data, Reporting, Analysis, Microsoft excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred in case the client would like to convert the individual down the road to a direct employee

- Build out a self-service reference portal for the company Transformation Office with reference materials that will aid in establishing vendor engagements through the SharePoint portal.
- Build a collection list that creates an engagement backlog/roadmap both near and long term.
- Metrics tracking of the entire vendor engagement lifecycle
- Build out Rally or JIRA Backlog tracking
- Pull renewal list from Ariba on quarterly bases to determine upcoming negotiations
- Coordinate transformation office engagement scorecard
- Coordinate vendor futures program
