You will be joining a diverse team transforming our current Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and Compliance reporting. This is a critical function within Deutsche Bank and as a business and data analyst you will be responsible for assessing new requirements, their relative priorities and documenting them for business and Information Technology review and sign off.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing of new AFC and Compliance risk reporting requirements, their outcomes and relative importance
  • Liaising with global reporting teams, business change leads and Information Technology teams to agree Sprint priorities and outcomes
  • Supporting in driving a “value” mindset and collaboration across teams
  • Ensuring changes are assessed against the full end to end reporting operating model
  • Liaising with metric and data owners to help identify and resolve data quality issues

Your Skills And Experience
  • Experience in hands-on working as a business analyst in an Agile change environment
  • Exposure to data analysis and data led change
  • AFC and Compliance risk reporting is desirable
  • Python and/or ETL experience will be an advantage
