Your tasks

• Continuous development and optimization of our data warehouse by taking a hands-on role in refining its functionality, ensuring its consistent maintenance, and contributing to its design and efficient implementation of ETLs
• Proficient in translating data insights into actionable answers, bridging the gap between raw data analysis and meaningful business understanding.
• Exploring and analyzing large amounts of data (structured/unstructured) to identify patterns, trends and insights
• Close collaboration with the Product Team, to develop and implement data-driven strategies
• Acting as a bridge between technical data analysis and business objectives, engaging stakeholders to identify their needs and aspirations
• Conception and realization of data reports, dashboards, and data analysis projects to communicate information effectively and support company’s and department’s decision-making
• Support our Data Engineer with the day-to-day operations of our Data Warehouse and mentor in regard to Data analysis

Our expectations

• Completed academical education in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• Relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar
• Experience in Data Engineering (data warehousing, ETLs, sanity checks) is a plus
• High proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure that the data infrastructure meets the organization's needs
• Strong analytical thinking and structured way of work with a problem-solving mindset
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills (German knowledge is a plus)

For this position, we offer an annual gross minimum salary of EUR 45,000. We are entirely prepared to adjust our offer to your skill set and relevant experience!
