In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group put their regular at-work Dental, Hearing, Biometric and Vision services largely on hold to wholly focus the business on responding to the emergency. The Group worked with new and existing corporate clients in critical industries (like Utilities, Food Processing, Finance, Defense, and Industrials) to provide at-work testing and health monitoring solutions for essential workforces.

Responsibilities

• Help Director of Finance ensure all aspects of financial operations run smoothly
• Perform procedures and projects regarding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in collaboration with accounting team
• Ensure quality of patient data for insurance billing, accounting and state and federal reporting requirements and regulatory compliance
• Work with AI and outsourcing vendors to delegate and outsource repetitive procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree including technical classes such as accounting and finance
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Professional excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, basic models)
• Ability to work weekends
• Comfort with feedback and composure in emergency scenarios
