Bosch Service Solutions Division offers innovative solutions for Business Process Outsourcing for business processes and complex services. We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description

Data Driven HR topic in Bosch is aiming to enhance the future related digital skills, develop a strong digital network and enable data driven mindset. Within different projects under the umbrella of Data Driven HR topic, we implement data driven analysis and steering possibilities for different HR processes. In our team, we take the responsibility of Data Science projects and topics from various number of HR teams all around the world and deliver the outcome to help the HR professional in their decision-making processes.

LET’S MAKE BOSCH A HOME FOR PEOPLE IN A DIGITAL AGE

Our team is looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data for the purpose of attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining qualified talent;
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations with clear visualizations and actionable insights relevant to HR processes;
  • Interpret statistical models related to hiring, productivity, engagement, and attrition, applying insights to enhance overall HR strategies;
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to understand people-related business problems, gathering and analyzing relevant data to provide valuable insights;
  • Develop and implement HR metrics based on data analysis, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes;
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making within the HR function;
  • Apply predictive modeling techniques to optimize HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience;
  • Create respective data catalogues in alignment with the data experts and product owner of the HR Analytics eco system, document all technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information systems, business intelligence, psychology or a related discipline;
  • Prior experience in human resources processes or people analytics is highly desirable;
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis;
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI;
  • Experience with database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server;
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and their proper usage;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R;
  • Analytical mindset with a strong business acumen;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen ability to analyze complex data sets;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
