Entry Level Data Analyst (Recent Grads)

• Description:* -Work closely with Reporting management and colleagues to complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting -Candidate needs to be able to look at a report, run data and tell a story behind what they found while doing so -A candidate who has salesforce experience is a huge plus, but not a requirement (will just make the training and catching on process easier) -EXAMPLE: will be provided a report of a month of transferred calls for a specific department and will need to determine the story behind how 1 employee was able to complete X amount of cases in comparison to another and what the trend is -Will be responsible for reviewing old cases completed by representatives and identify any discrepancies throughout the way -Review reports for trends/gaps/missed opportunities
• Will create pivot tables, charts, graphs and perform V-lookups in excel -Will create a salesforce case by entering customers VIN/address/model information; add chatter notes; add correct action types; dispatch case and check for campaigns -Build dashboards using Salesforce Minumum of 1 year experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Strong logic and reasoning skills Proficiency in MS office software (Excel, powerpoint, outlook) SalesForce experience is a huge plus, but not a requirement
