The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join us in our Global Performance Excellence Team based out of our Wroclaw Factor office. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for playing a key role in supporting the client services organization with high standards data analytics.
You will have experience of delivering small projects, producing, presenting and analyzing a range of datasets, communicating the results to a variety of audiences.
With strong attention to detail, you will have the ability to work methodically and maintain the highest standards of accuracy, enabling client Teams to deliver an improved service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Analyze data – excellent analytical skills using data to really help drive the business insights
- Extract, check, format, and validate datasets
- Format regular client-focused reporting from various data sources
- Design, build and implement agile data solutions
- Build ad hoc report queries to extract and combine business information from multiple sources and interpret as requested
- Adhere to standardized delivery processes and commitments
- Input and manage data on client systems and ensure they are updated
- Extract and assess data from client systems
- Proactively managed project-relevant developments such as regulatory updates or key program milestones
- Assist with continuously improving our service to the client and identify processes to increase efficiency
- Liaise directly with client
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to client service teams by providing data-driven solutions

Desirable criteria:
- VBA/Macro a strong plus
- Statistical analysis experience a strong plus
- Office 365 (PowerBI, Power query, Power automate) a distinctive advantage
- Operates independently, with no supervision
- Demonstrable ability to examine data for trends, providing insight into client processes
