Role And Responsibilities
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, SQL, and others to implement statistical methods effectively addressing specific business problems.
- Develop robust models and perform data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Innovate and enhance existing methodologies by creating new data sources, conducting rigorous testing, and fine-tuning model parameters.
- Play a pivotal role in designing and developing automated forecasting systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
- Build customer-facing reporting tools with intuitive interfaces, providing comprehensive insights and metrics to track forecast performance and elucidate variance.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
- Present critical data in a clear and concise format, facilitating a quick understanding of inputs and outputs of forecasting systems and contributing to the continual improvement of their performance.
- Proficiency in Python, including its associated data and machine learning packages such as numpy, pandas, pyspark, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and more.
- Experience working with object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience in Forecasting
- Expertise in utilizing SQL for data acquisition and transformation.
- Outstanding quantitative modeling and statistical analysis abilities.
- Salary range: up to £75,000.
