Job Description
NTT DATA's Client is currently looking for a seasoned data scientist to implement and refine machine learning models in the healthcare insurance industry. This is a progressive role with opportunities to continue to advance your skills, role, and responsibilities. The position is within the fast-paced Corporate Data & Analytics (CD&A) group. CD&A is continuing to grow in size and capability with this position being key to their long-term growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring the following to the table:
Good communication skills. The ability to understand requirements, communicate challenges, and interact with other team members will be necessary.
Ability to coach other junior members of the team. You enjoy helping others learn and achieve their goals.
Like working in a team. Designing models with others is how you like to get things done.
Enjoy working with large diverse datasets to find trends and patterns
Have a good working knowledge of Azure Machine Learning.
Love Python! Using SciPy, PySpark, etc. is right up your alley!
Notebooks are kind of your thing. Knowing how to use notebooks such as Jupyter, PyCharm, etc. is a definite plus.
Have worked as a data scientist for multiple years, completing multiple use cases, in multiple data scenarios.
