Full-time | Business Data Analyst (Remote)

We're looking to hire a Business Data Analyst to join our fast-growing Strategic Analytics team to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions to lead transformative change. Working with business units across the organization, the Business Data Analyst will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis to solve problems and find strategic opportunities for improvement. The Business Data Analyst serves as an internal consultant, supporting strategic decisions that drive growth and improve products to provide an industry-leading experience. Our ideal candidate will have data extraction experience using SQL, be proficient with Excel, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide the story-telling data and information our business units need.

Job Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data using sound analytical techniques
• Develop deep working relationships with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner for their data and analytical needs
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business-related field
• Minimum 1-2 years performing business analysis that provides insights and develops solutions
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python
• Experience with MS Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong experience with data mining, analysis, and providing insights
• Previous experience providing overall data support to a business or clinical team
• Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal skills
