Key Responsibilities
- Acting as Technical Lead for cloud-based Data solutions.
- Leading the team of Cloud Data Engineers
- Identify and analyze user requirements.
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development process.
- Develop applications and keep project documentation updated.
- Write well-designed, efficient code.
- Review, test and debug team members code
- Experience with AWS Data Services like S3, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, Red Shift, RDS or simila services.
- Experience building and optimizing big data data pipelines, architectures and data sets using AWS Glue.
- Extensive SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) etc.
- Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire for reporting.
- Propose right analytical libraries, programming languages, and frameworks for tasks.
- Strong coding skills in Python, and data visualization tools.
- More than 5 years of experience working as Data Engineer
- BigData platforms experience is considered as advantage (example Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
