About the Role
We are looking for a data analyst with a flair for engineering to help shape our digital solutions across EMEA and change the way insurance is bought online. No more insurance talk that only a lawyer understands, we are here to make a difference. As an analyst, you will work in a multi-functional environment to design, enhance and operate our analytics products.
Your responsibilities:
- Enable a data-informed culture within iptiQ
- Lead and grow user & customer behaviour understanding capabilities
- Partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, UX and Product to optimise strategy & tactics based on data
- Deliver ad hoc insights and analytics to partner teams to optimise the customer experience (e.g., A/B tests, segmentations or survey analytics)
What we look for:
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL
- Visualization expertise using Tableau or/and Power BI
- Experience with Airflow and dbt is a plus
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5)
- Passion for data and storytelling with data
- Avid learner who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and can vet with pragmatism and long-term vision the adoption of new technologies
- Master’s or PhD degree in a data-focused field or equivalent working experience
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Great team player: you collaborate effectively with team members, express technical leadership supporting your views and ideas while keeping open to different opinions
