Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT team to enhance BI capabilities
Plan and design business dashboards and reporting tools used for generating actionable insights.
Manage User acceptance training for end users. Design and execute customer targeting and analytics strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
Contribute to the development of the CRM marketing strategy used to maximize customer profitability, lifetime value, loyalty, and return on media investment.
Guide CRM campaign team on CRM specific strategy, operating efficiencies, and best practices.
Develop predictive marketing capabilities (segmentation & modelling) used to optimize customer retention and acquisition strategy.
Design and extract target groups used for CRM campaigns
Optimize CRM test and learn capabilities by understanding campaign performance by different customer segments and purchasing behaviours
Drive increased effectiveness of retention campaigns through the application of predictive models
Forecast and report campaign results
Develop with IT future capabilities for SAP CRM
Skills
3+ years’ experience in data analytics role (ideally related to CRM)
Proven analytical skills
Experience in reading and writing complex SQL statements.
Microsoft package skills (Strong in Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM analytical tools
Experience with data analytics and UNICA targeting system
Modelling and segmentation experience
Experience with Power BI or Tableau
