DATA SCIENTIST

We are currently developing a recruitment process for Data Scientist, for direct integration, in a client located in Braga.
This professional will work in a global team of experts delivering Data Science products and know-how. The main responsabilities will be to work with experts to understand problems and solve them with data, understand the company's data landscape with its diverse applications and architectures, be a partner in connecting the necessary experts from business and IT to solve problems, work on different tasks and work with the team to get the support needed, support to processes and the organization to leverage the business value Data Science can bring to the company and participating in projects in diverse areas.
We are looking for a professional with more than 2 years of experience in IT, expertise in programming Data Science use cases with a programming languages (e.g., Python, R, JAVA, SAS or Scala), knowledge of data managing and data engineering, knowledge of data intensive IT architecturesexperience with Data extraction from diverse sources, experience in visualizing data and knowledge of methods from Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence and Statistics.
They also value that this professional is a team player, has good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as good knowledge of English.
