The Enterprise Data Analyst will own the responsibility to develop, maintain, evolve, and execute a selection of reports on behalf of stakeholders in any business line across the enterprise in alignment with the technologies, best practices, and strategic direction of the Enterprise Analytics team and the Data Management Office.
Essential Job Functions
Own the end-to-end report execution process for the Bank's Diversity & Inclusion Procurement regulatory data submission obligation.
Create innovative data solutions for the team's customers, including polished data presentations, visualizations, and reports.
Analyze legacy data solutions (e.g. Excel workbooks, Access databases) and create replacement solutions that leverage the Enterprise Analytics technology stack.
Create and maintain documentation as required (e.g. data lineage, metadata, data dictionary, information supply chain).

Provide training on supported capabilities.
Collaborate with other Data Management Office staff as needed to advance the maturity of the bank's overall data management.
Remove and avoid building roadblocks to delivering business value in a timely manner.

Technical Skills
Expertise with writing SQL queries for data analysis purposes.
Expertise in using Excel for analysis and reporting, including formulas, Pivot tables, and charts
Demonstrated experience with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Qlikview, Tableau, Crystal Reports, SAP WebIntelligence (WebI)).
Experience developing solutions using Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) (i.e. writing code, not recording macros)
Familiarity with developing analyses and data preparation routines via Python
Familiarity with Agile (e.g. scrum, Kanban) approach.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distill succinct insights from significant amounts of raw data.
High attention to detail and self-driven pursuit of accuracy.

Required Experience
4 years' experience as a data analyst
2-3 years in a variety of report development and/or dashboard creation roles
Experience in a customer-facing capacity (internal or external)
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Professional experience will be considered in lieu of education.
