The Payroll and Data Analyst will use skills as a seasoned, experienced payroll professional with a full understanding of industry practices and organizational policies and procedures. Works on complex payroll problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Utilizes contacts within the payroll office and across the organization. Skilled in the development implementation, administration, and training in the HCM and timekeeping enterprise applications. Develops procedures, and processes and recommends policies related to compensation, payment, and salary administration and sources that contribute to gross to net calculations, payroll posting, and labor distribution.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or an equivalent combination of experience/training. Thorough knowledge of payroll processes, policies, and procedures. Strong mathematical skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of common computer application programs.
Thorough knowledge of organizational processes and procedures. Strong understanding of organizational rules and regulations.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills, and verbal, written and active listening communication skills. Strong interpersonal and service orientation skills in interactions with customers and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Problem solving, problem identification, and reasoning skills, and ability to develop original ideas to solve problems.
