Position Summary
The Asset Management Sr Analyst, EAM is responsible for gathering, streamlining, standardizing, and documenting processes and the data that support the corporate Fleet & Asset Management department. The Asset Management Sr Analyst, EAM collaborates with subject matter experts in the field to break down complex problems, identify areas of improvement, align responsibilities, and document step-by-step procedures, ultimately providing solutions to challenges faced in managing the Company's assets. The Asset Management Sr Analyst plays a critical role in the strategic execution of their designated space Company-wide, assisting with all functions related to planning, reporting, analysis, and identification of opportunities. This role relies heavily on analytic skills to evaluate complex information, formulate insights, and develop sound recommendations to support the management of assets, inventory, work orders, planning & scheduling, warranty, vendor management, master data management and reporting & analytic.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 year's experience as an analyst working with large data sets
- Proficient with identifying data requirements, data standardization, and data modernization
- Mastery of Excel (pivot, MAT tables, etc.)
- Proficient with SQL and creating SQL queries
- Data Validation
- Must have experience with reporting tools: Power BI and Qlik
- Must be proficient with reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Finance preferred.
