HR Data Scientist (Fresh Graduates Are Welcomed)

This position is a one year full time contract role.

• Centralizing of HR Data -Unifying disparate sources of employee data into a central repository
• Using python, pandas and other data manipulation techniques to prepare and clean data
• Help to identify key performance indicators and support data visualization representation
• Support to identify suitable machine learning algorithms and predictive models to train and model data
• Creatively visualize and effectively communicate data findings and insights in a variety of formats

Special Skills Required for Attached Student:

• Comfortable with or are highly motivated to learn apply database tools and statistical predictive models by analyzing large datasets with a variety of tools (R, Python, SQL and Tableau)
