We’re assisting our partner and providing a Data Engineer for their team. The successful candidates will be employees of RocketPower on a contract assignment with the client. The possibility of continued assignment with the client or with other RocketPower clients exists at the end of the contract.

This is a remote position, open to any location in the Latin America and Mexico.

Must Have:

    • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
    • Azure Databricks
    • Azure Synapse Analytics
    • Spark
    • Spark Streaming
    • MS SQL Server Management Studio
    • SQL Developer
    • Desired to have:
    • Azure HDInsight
    • Databricks
    • Delta Lake
    • HBase
    • Cassandra

Nice to have and experience and knowledge in:

    • Application or infrastructure support and maintenance services. Application management servicesMission critical managed services or at least high demand managed servicesOperation and managed services processes knowledge

Nice to have:

      • ITIL-need processes:
      • Incident Management
      • Service Request Fulfillment
      • Event Management
      • Problem Management
      • Change Management
      • Release Management
      • Managed Services governance frameworksKnowledge of ITSM tools, such as ticketing tools (BMC Remedy, Service Now, etc.)Code management tools and DevOps tools
