Data Engineer

My client is looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data warehouse team for an initial 6 month contract. Your main role will orient around the development of Data warehouse using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).

Essential skills for this role include:

• ETL experience
• PL/SQL
• Python
• Experience or knowledge with Snowflake
• Experience or knowledge with Python
• Experience with JSON in Oracle database

Desirable skills

• NoSQL
• Elastic search
• AWS DMA
• Kafka

My client implements a hybrid model, as such you will be expected to come to their Bristol office 2-4 times a month maximum.

Due to a pre existing relationship my client has with an umbrella company, you will have to go via Giant as an umbrella company for this role.
