Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the entire organization to build dashboards and reports, with a specific emphasis on enhancing our understanding of business performance, particularly in the realm of growth marketing.
Produce ad hoc analysis and dashboards to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Work closely with the Growth team to measure outcomes and draw insights from various growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the Growth and Retention teams to conduct testing and measurement, maximizing impact and incrementality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Understanding of Growth and Performance Marketing metrics and their impact.
Desired attributes: Interest in live events, experience with dbt, working knowledge of analytics and programming languages such as R, Python, or similar.
