Data Analyst

Summary:
We are looking for a talented data analyst to join our Customer Success team. As a team member at iUNU, you’ll have the following opportunities:

• Work with customers (cultivation operations) to ensure their compliance reporting needs are met
• Help prepare customer reports demonstrating ROI gained by the various iUNU products
• Serve as the primary point of contact for iUNU customers across all products, helping to answer questions and triage issues as they might arise
• Be a key stakeholder in the development of new and existing iUNU product features
• Receive mentorship and other feedback to continue to grow and develop

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working as a data analyst, reconciling large data sets of data using excel
• Ability to assemble a PowerPoint and tell a story from the analysis you assembled
• Comfortable working with clients directly to resolve their needs
• Strong understanding of greenhouse operations in the cannabis and vegetable spaces
• Experience working within an early/growth-stage startup team a plus
