Data Engineer (part of AI & Data Analytics Team)
Deloitte’s AI & Data Analytics team are growing and seek consultants passionate about cloud technology, who wants to continue to build this competence and deliver sustainable value to our clients. As a Data Engineer you will be part of a team that designs and builds solutions to make data easily accessible and optimize big data ecosystems using primarily Google Cloud Platform, but other cloud platforms are also used. Our Data Engineers work with technical implementations, as well as advising clients with regards to cloud architecture and related fields.
We will offer you a stimulating environment to continue learning and developing your skills, both on projects and through internal training, as well as opportunities to take personal certifications in any of the cloud platforms AWS, Google and/or MS Azure, as well as in visualization tools.
We seek practitioners with the following qualifications
Has a master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education (e.g. engineering with software design or similar). Bachelor’s degree can be considered but with a relevant working experience of cloud platforms in addition.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably the Google Cloud Platform, but other cloud platforms are relevant too.
Ideally you have experiences in building data pipelines in Python, Node.js or Java.
Experience with ETL and architecting data systems.
Experience with schema design, data modelling and SQL.
Experience working with Git and establishing and/or working with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience from various system integration scenarios.
Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills.
You like to work in a team context.
Understanding of the Agile delivery methods.
