Deliver innovative Power-BI visualizations to drive impactful data-driven decisions throughout all Shared Services Business Units pertaining to Operational, Project and Financial decision-making at all levels. Assist with the maintenance of Shared Services O365 ecosystem including MS SharePoint, MS Teams, AD Groups, Rosters including audits of inventory of MS Power Applications. Participate in Platform testing as required.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Reporting & Analysis with Visualizations to Internal/External Stakeholders that represent crucial information, consisting of graphs and charts to represent factors associated with the business outcomes, strategies & projects. Help monitor the direction of services demand and workforce supply by analyzing factors such as productivity, market analysis, internal activities, etc.
  • Accelerate Digital Transformation - Drive Operations' data harvesting capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting: assist troubleshoot of issues related to information, reports, and databases.
  • Quality assurance: ensure that the data collected from multiple sources is accurate & relevant to the business.
  • Collaborate the preparation of data for ingestions, intake flows, & coordinate with application development teams to convey the necessary information related to the data.
  • Maintain Shared Services MS Collaboration Workspaces: MS SharePoint & Teams including the HUB Network of SP-Sites and the inventory of digital assets.
  • Collaborate with Contact Centres’ & BPO Operations Leadership (all levels) to continuously improve data consumption delivery.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Team providing event analysis to improve Scheduling & modelling.
  • Collaborate with Citizen Developers & Data Scientists to deliver operational insights to process flows & opportunities for improvement.
  • Application/ Automations Testing
  • Execute Short Term Planning: Today to 1Yr.

What You Will Bring

  • Fundamental capabilities to function in the Role, they include basic statistical understanding & Data Analysis tools use.
  • Fundamental to delivering insights, they include ability to engage with various levels of operations’ leadership & Project Managers/ Sponsors leveraging story telling skills to translate data-driven insights into decisions & actions through utilization of visualization tools.
  • Curious about data, passionate about the business, problem solver, strategic, proactive, creative, innovative, collaborative and an ability to influence w/o authority.
  • Responsible for creation/maintenance of standardized UI adhering to CL Governance, CX & Design principles to deliver consistent reporting driving high-value data harvesting capabilities and data-driven decision making.
